« What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

« We really did appreciate the large poly tank to have plenty of water, and consistent electricity. Our driver did amazing getting to the top of the hill in his tro-tro van. He and our guide really enjoyed watching the soccer (football) matches on your big screen with satellite. My family enjoyed having broadband to watch a couple of movies on the upstairs big screen TV. « Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. »
