« What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

« The moment I saw the property, I knew my family would love it. Sometimes pictures don’t do a place justice, but this one exceeded our expectations. My wife even loved it, along with the kids, which brings me so much joy. The owner was also very responsive and willing to help with anything we needed. »

« We really did appreciate the large poly tank to have plenty of water, and consistent electricity. Our driver did amazing getting to the top of the hill in his tro-tro van. He and our guide really enjoyed watching the soccer (football) matches on your big screen with satellite. My family enjoyed having broadband to watch a couple of movies on the upstairs big screen TV. « Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return. »

« Endroit agréable. Piscine de bonne dimension. Tout est propre. Proprio symphatique. Excellent dîner. Dommage que la plage ait disparue en raison de la mauvaise gestion des autorités. Récupération illégale du sable à l'Est et à l'Ouest de l'établissement. Au lieu d'une plage (qui avait 40 mètres de profondeur à une certaine époque) il existe maintenant une barrière de rochers pour protéger l'hôtel contre les vagues. Exemple de comportement irresponsable des citoyens et le Chef local. »
