« It’s a scam, go to Loxwoods actual website to book. We went in person to the actual hotel and they said people rent out the apartments one by one and this person had 6 ppl come asking for this one. They were not able to accomadate us but did not cancel the reservation. Don’t book here »

« I seriously need a refund or a discount. It took 2 hours to check in due to the poor communication between the property management and the entity who runs the hotel operations. It's totally not worth the money. The worst thing is that nobody officially apologised about the situation up until now. My request has been ignored all along.
