« Couldn't check in until after 10PM. Check in should have been at 4PM. Refused check in at 5PM. Keys weren't ready after 10PM and staff had no idea they were 6 hours past check-in. Kept getting bounced back and forth between the hotel and Expedia blaming each other. No one takes accountability. Won't use Expedia or stay here again. »

« We were 6 adults, and all were very comfortable and loved our stay. Walking into a lighted Christmas tree was fantastic! The owner asked if I would like to order a take a bake pizza from Marcos in advance and 2 pizzas were in the refrigerator when we arrived. I would definitely stay again. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need plus a variety of cocktail glasses. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the bedding was perfect. A couple additions I would add if it were my rental...
