« We were lock out of our room for over 4 hours and tried to get ahold of someone to re program our room door code and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we went to the next door neighbor and it just happened to be the property manager. This is why I’m not giving an excellent review since we were unable to get into our room for over 4 hours and had to sit in our car since the weather was cloudy, rainy and cold. Other than that we were happy with the room overall. »

« Nobody was present when we arrived, only a piece of paper was provided. We tried to locate a staff member unsuccessfully. The room was very hot and smelled muggy. The screen door to the balcony was broken and the bathroom door squeaked every time we opened and closed it, the bathroom appeared worn and the shower curtain was loose.
