Nicely taken care of and clean pleasant atmosphere. Beds were comfortable, although pillows were a bit too hard. Nice place, would stay again and recommend it.

The location of the hotel was in the middle of two noisy main roads. The room was small but comfy. We liked the spacious bathroom. The complex had a modern feel and we enjoyed the green space area. Even it was pet friendly there was lots of concrete everywhere and the little pet green area was very small.

Great place for the price. The owners have done an excellent job on renovating this place to accommodate customers. Some plus are, they are pet friendly ($25 fee), communicate with you via text, and are enclosed (so random people can’t just roam around). The area though is downtown which mean there are transients nearby. So just be aware.

The Americana Modern Hotel gave us a great experience. The exterior had a vintage look, but the rooms had been remodeled and updated. It was only a short drive to nearby eating places.

Two comments regarding hotel: seriously need a soap dish in bathroom and it would be nice if you could put weather stripping around door frame. Way too much light comes into room at night. Nearby properties are a little sketchy

While booking a last minute trip to Redding, the usual place I stay was booked. Americana was available, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I did. After driving from Sacrememnto Airport late at night, the welcoming staff got me setup with my room quickly so I could get some rest. The room was great and clean, and the parking was easy. One of my favorite things is the location. It was easy to get to, but also once I was in Redding, I walked almost everywhere because the hotel is downtown. Theory became a usual spot for me since it was only a couple of blocks away. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Big rooms, clean, nice staff, good location and convenient. We stayed one night to rest on our trip, and it was an easy experience. Cute place. No elevator, so keep that in mind, but only 2 floors, so not bad. Would stay again!

Location is convenient but noisy, especially the bar next door. Room soundproofing was decent. Loud bathroom fan. Cramped parking right in front of ground level rooms. Nice little outdoor seating area, but no pool. Reasonable dog charge. Rooms fine, no luxury.

The motel was very cute! They did an excellent job on the remodel of an older motel. It was great to be able to park your car right in front of your room. Perfect for loading and unloading! It was very dog friendly unlike a lot of hotels that only allow dogs of a certain size inside your room for an additional cost. There was no size limit and you could specify online a king dog friendly room for an extra $25. The staff was very friendly and helped us choose a dog friendly restaurant which was very good. The outside of the hotel was very nice with lots of outside seating which was all dog friendly!

We chose this property because of the high ratings and the parking situation. (We had a car full of stuff because we were moving.) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Well-lit parking lot. Walked to a nearby donut shop for breakfast in the early morning before heading out.
