The only issue was the heating and cooling in the room as it was very loud and made sleep difficult! The staff were great and the service was good!

Excellent stay. Parking was very difficult due to events taking place in Red Deer and at the Casino. Friendly staff and very clean and walkable to Gary Harris.

Flooding, no water for two days, and a boil water advisory in effect. Club room is always great, but the cleanliness of the hotel and the water issues overshadowed that.

We are so sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant stay with us due to the unexpected flooding-broken sprinkler and also main water pipe burst-city was informed but fixing the pipe took sometime. Because of this city issued a boil water advisory as a cautionary measure, this was unavoidable and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. My Dad and me had wonderful stay here. We really love casino and the room looks nice. However the breakfast options could be more variable even though the staff in the lounge were super friendly. Also the way to sauna is a bit misleading, but pool and hot tub are awesome. In general I would rate as 8/10 (Very Good)

Drunks roaming the hallways with drinks, banging on doors at midnight. Limited everything in the room, no bathroom fan, no cutlery, dirty carpet. Reception guy took 2 hours to get us a bottle of water, but didnt tell us there was a vending machine. Old, worn, and noisy.

Great hotel! We will definitely be back! The staff were all very friendly, the hotel and room were clean. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was in the room! You can hear some hallway noise when people are going to their rooms, but nothing from the above or neighbouring rooms. It’s a bit older but they do a wonderful job maintaining the property. Peeked my head into the pool area which looked great. The casino was a ton of fun too!

Despite renovations, I had an amazing time at this location. The renovations did not disturb our stay-times so we found the place quiet and peaceful. The amenities were clean, working and accessible. Great hotel.

My shower had long black hairs on the floor of the shower for two days. I am bald and was alone so I know it wasn't mine. Also, the water pressure and heat of water was very lacking. Other areas were okay.
