Every review gives us an opportunity to continuously improve our hotel and service. Rest assured that your satisfaction is our goal, we will do our utmost to ensure that our guests are enjoying their holiday with us.
We revived our services in some of the outlets,and want to inform You - we closed our restaurant Pura Vida for further improvement of our services.
As well in regards to the pool - we have 7 open swimming pools in the hotel, one of them without temperature control as it has sea water,and not allowed by the standards to be chilled or heated.
Due to the Covid – 19 risks, Hilton Ras al Khaimah Resort & Spa operation has changed as the whole hospitality industry. We follow the guidelines of local health authorities and act according to our set routines and procedures, ensuring always that best practice is in place. All of that is changing the way how we clean the rooms and public spaces, serve the guests and organize smooth operation of the hotel. Due to new procedures in place, our service has changed and we faced some delays in the service.
We would like to apologize for the experience that has been caused to you.
Please be assured that we have addressed your comment to the respective departments, to prevent such an inconvenient experience from happening again in the future.
