Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Séjour boycotté par les conditions climatiques (fortes pluies, inondations, ... ) Bin oui, pour preuves, cf. la presse (en 4 jours, 1,8 x la moyenne des pluies annuelles !!). Le personnel fut probablement "dépassé" et, par conséquent, les jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnaient pas passaient au second plan. Cadre moyen à bien. Intéressant : espace sportif, saunas, hamacs et jacuzzi. Au restaurant, les touristes étaient... très "touristes", malgré les recommandations vestimentaires, et le lieu très bruyant en raison du manque de mobilier absorbant (le son). Dommage mais nourriture de qualité.

Le double tree de Hilton presente de nombreux avantages. Confort, qualite des services, bus navette pour Dubai et la plage, salle de sport. C est une garantie Hilton. Je conseille vivement sur un sejour a RAK.

HILTON, rien à commenter c'est presque parfait. Presque...car à l'arrivée, ma prestation s'entendait avec PDJ et le systeme Hilton s'affichait sans PDJ. Responsabilite Hotels.com ou Hilton, là n'est pas mon propos, c'est tout simplement lamentable. Il m'a fallu me battre 2 jours pour obtenir raison. Alors lecteur de ce commentaire, vous êtes prevenu.

Superbe hôtel digne d'un 4*. Chambre très spacieuse, très confortable et service de chambre impeccable. Internet est complètement gratuit par l'intermédiaire de beaux ordinateurs. Personnel agréable ainsi qu'un parking mis a disposition gratuitement. Possibilité d'accès a la plage via le Hilton resort ce qui n'est pas négligeable vu la faible activité du secteur. Le seul bémol: pas mal de monde lors de l'arrivée.

We were waiting for a long time at the elevator. I entered a room and did not find any towels or clothes hangers in it. The bathroom water was very dirty, the bidet was not working, and the shower also needed maintenance. Every time I asked him for a service, the receptionist told me that your reservation was not from the hotel’s website, even when I asked him. To add my stay to my membership so I can benefit from the points, he also told me the same response: I cannot because your reservation was not from the hotel’s website.

Staff was friendly, however since this was suppose to be a non smoking Hotel, some guest still smoked in the rooms and the smell is in the corridors but the staff could not enforce. The hotel is in dire need of renovations. Our room though upgrade to a junior suite, changed from Creek view to city view. The Shower room doors did not close, the kettle did not work and the lamp shades had fallen off. There was a layer of dust on the table legs. Though the top was clean.

Bad air-conditioning units, staff not cooperative
At first, staff were friendly and generous to offer an upgrade to our rooms. However, those room had an issue with the air conditioner and the staff could not solve it. We booked two rooms for one night only and we couldn't sleep. What was worse is that they have set the alarm in room to go off at 10AM while we couldn't sleep the whole night. At 11AM staff called to remind us that check out is at 12PM and when we asked to extend it for at least an hour due to the air conditioning issue; they simply refused and were not cooperative. This makes me think twice before staying at this hotel again to avoid repeating this bad experience again.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. But there is one man at the reception, im not sure if he is the supervisor or receptionist that he disrespect his customer. The receptionist lady was very good and she assisted me duting check in time, and she gave me a complimentary food as a welcome to thier guest. The thing is just about to give me the key of my room, and everything is done for the check in. And there is one guy came and ask her that which room you give? And the lady receptionist told him the room #, and he suddenly telling her that " NO, DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM, GO AND I WILL FIX IT", because there is one regular customer and he wants to priority them. The thing is ge must to apologize for me, as i heard everything in my front. Just next time try to be more professional when it comes on your customer either vip or not vip should be treat equally.

I book minutes before arriving and everything went well. We got a room with a great view and space. We got the breakfast offer and staff was amazing we even got coffees for takeaway thanks to Habiba if I remembering her name right 😅

My stay was OK. It's a nice enough hotel. I had multiple issues with room service which either due to language barrier or a bad connection from my hotel room phone. The staff works hard and I appreciated that, but the service level is not what I would expect from a DoubleTree.

The room was specious, clean and the bed was very comfy. The stuff were amazing, Mrs Sneha and Mr Bilal were friendly and super welcoming reflecting the proper hospitality. I will definitely go back there
