Riads à Raipur

« Overall good experience »

« Chambre parfaite, propre, grande digne de 4 étoiles mais accueil lamentable, réception antipathique totalement non professionnelle: ils ne retrouvaient pas notre réservation et le problème a duré des heures. Soirée gâchée, il a fallu téléphoner en France, que la France les appelle etc ...bien des tracas !! »

« Wonderful rooftop view during dining at dinner »

« Quality of toiletries could get better. Staff could be trained to be more vigilant about patrons’ needs. They didn’t give me the breakfast saying I’m late. Had it been so, they could’ve told me earlier or could’ve served inside the room. I’d paid extra for the same. »

« The hotel was good but i was not staying at the given hotel »

« The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax. The ambience of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. The food was also delicious, with good variety and excellent taste. Overall, everything from the hospitality and service to the rooms, food, and ambience was impressive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. »

« Needed mopping in room, plus smoking smell in 1st floor corridor. Rest is ok »

« The room was cleaned spacious and best staff out there. Overall a best place to stay in »

« Very poor quality. Bathrooms didn’t have curtains. Towels were not given in good number. The bed sheet, pillows and all are very old and so don’t look real white. The flooring laminations are slowly coming loose. Room service would sometimes respond very late. All the traffic noise is so audible n inside the room disturbing my work calls. Overall I am not satisfied. »

« No proper room setup, checked in around midnight but room was untidy with all basic room amenities missing »

« Very bad experience , even water is chargeable , food condition is bad , bathroom kit also chargeable , Driver room is very bad »

« They wont mention there is no internet/ wifi in the resort. They will also pretend to fix something that doesn’t exist. Not suitable for business travellers. Got stuck without work for 2 days »

« Parking facility is not available. Staff behaviour is good, specially night manager. »
