BACKYARD
Your private backyard oasis features a private 6-person hot tub to soak & stargaze within. Please note that the hot tub cannot be used past 11 PM, in order to be respectful of our lovely neighbours.


LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.


PARKING
The driveway offers space for up to six (6) vehicles. Please note that the surrounding area does not allow for additional street parking space. In addition, parking a trailer or camper in the driveway is not allowed, as it is against the bylaws and strata regulations in the area.


ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes, at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive away. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!

You won't need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.

**Please note that the backyard hot tub cannot be used later than 11 PM in order to respect our lovely neighbours.**


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although a maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate cats at this property due to the owner's allergies.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. The hot tub cannot be used later than 11 PM in order to respect our lovely neighbours. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
