Super hébergements
Hébergement en pleine nature. Meme si le logement se situe a côté de la route, nous nous sommes senti dans un petit coin de paradis. Entouré des aras et des singes qui viennent sur les terrasses. Nous avons vu presques autant d'animaux que dans les parcs nationaux. Nous le recommandons a 100%. Hôtes tres sympathiques et petits déjeuners de qualité. Proches de toutes commodités (bus, supermarché, restaurants, plages..)

MUY BONITO !! Selon nous, le meilleur établissement dans lequel nous avons séjourné pendant notre voyage de 10j à travers le Costa Rica. Tout ce qu’il fallait pour un moment agréable était réuni. Une vue à couper le souffle sur l’océan et la jungle. Une chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, propre et confortable. Un service de petit déjeuner efficace et très bon. Un établissement très bien situé. Un gérant extrêmement serviable et agréable. Le réveil le matin par les petits singes à tête blanche était la cerise sur le gâteau. Nous retournerons ici avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement à toute personne cherchant un hôtel dans la région. Pura Vida !

Endroit magnifique !!! 10 sur 10 Wow !!
Moi et ma conjointe avons voyagé en mars 2020, nous avons séjourné dans une suite avec vue sur la mer, ainsi qu'avec une cuisinette. J'attribue la note de 10 sur 10 pour cet établissement, notre chambre offrait une vue incroyable sur l'océan et sur la verdure. La suite était impeccable, le ménage fait tous les jours, avec toute la vaisselle nécessaire pour cuisiner. Nous avions une superbe terrasse couverte, qui faisait également office de salle à manger extérieur. Il y avait de nombreux singes et perroquets qui venait tout autour, dans les arbres. La piscine et le spa était très propre. Cet endroit est magnifique et à proximité de tous les services et des plages de Manuel Antonio, nous y retournerons assurément.

L'unité que nous avions était très belle et accueillante. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, près du parc Manuel Antonio et de belles plages. Belle piscine et la faune et la flore sont merveilleuses! Les singes venaient même s'amuser dans notre belle espace outdooring!

La chambre ne correspondait par du tout a Notre reservation. Lits full au lieu de queen. La surface et l'état. (Les photos sont très très belles, la realite en est loin...) Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse à 100% : marteaux piqueurs d'un côté et tronçonneuse de l'autre. Pour 150$ la nuit, nous pensions avoir de meilleurs prestations....

Buenas tardes: We are sorry you did not enjoyed your experience at Villas Nicolas. You did get the room that you reserved online and properly confirmed on the same way, agreed by yourself. Of all other guest in our small hotel, non but you complaint about the"noise" you mentioned, but we understand, after all your complaints, that you were looking for for a discount o free night. Our hospitality is well recognized in this forum and we really hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Costa Rica!

Great choice if you want to see jungle wildlife right from the Villas . Units and property very well maintained, units are large and has everything you need for the stay.. Being in the jungle and we had some rain did bring the insects around ..

Beautiful and relaxing hotel. Our room was very nice, clean, comfortable, with a balcony and amazing view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast option was great, you get to eat by the garden next to the pool. We even got to see many wildlife animals here. Would definitely come back!!

We decided on this property based on past reviews. We stayed 7 nights for our 20 year wedding anniversary. This property is truly exceptional and I honestly think it has to be one of the best properties in the area! The staff=wonderful, the grounds=beautiful, the room=amazing, the view=Spectacular! The pool area was great... we actually had a sloth hanging around one day and he was at eye level in arms reach :) plus the monkeys all around the hotel made it such an amazing experience! The included breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was super nice! Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and feels like a little tropical oasis. We were able to see so many monkeys in the trees and it was fun to watch them with the other travellers. Our unit had a big balcony with a hammock to relax and enjoy a distant ocean view. The desk and bar staff were so friendly and made everything easy. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

Incredible! Waking up to the sounds of nature, watching squirrel monkeys frolicking in the trees while swinging in the hammock on the balcony with a view of the ocean. Walk to restaurants nearby or make your own using the stove, oven, microwave, blender. Enjoy free breakfast by the pool. Yolo is a 2 min walk away with pub games, pool table, live music and good pub fare. Wifi is great. No TV (you really don't miss it!, and if you do, head to Yolo where they have plenty for you to watch your sports). Security 24/7, great staff. You MUST go to happy hour every day, by the pool, where Ramido makes the best drinks. Buy his homemade hot sauce to take home with you!

Gorgeous location.. the staff was great, friendly and efficient. They booked transportation from the airport which worked out perfectly and provided great recommendations for activities. Breakfast each day was very tasty and Dennys was very helpful. Hope to return some day!

There simply are no words to explain how absolutely wonderful of a place Villas Nicolás is. Dennis and the other staff members are so accommodating. We stayed in a lovely unit with a balcony. There were toucans, monkeys and so many birds we could enjoy from our balcony. Great kitchen area for cooking. The pool was heaven. If there were more and 5 stars available for a rating I would give it to Villas Nicolás.

We loved our stay at Villas Nicholas! We had a beautiful room (room 7) and every morning a little bird tapped on the window to wake us up. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely pool and great location close to great cafes and restaurants. Especially loved the friendly and helpful staff.

We loved staying here. We were welcomed by Monkeys on our porch on the first morning. But they moved on and we didn't see them the next two days. We stayed in room 8 which was a small room but had a fabulous veranda. It was also the highest up. it had a great ocean view and was very private! I would stay here again if I ever came back to the area.

Our room at Villas Nicolas was well appointed, comfortable, and the view from the deck was truly spectacular. We saw toucans, monkeys and macaws all from our deck. Everything on the grounds was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the property operates more like a B&B than a full service hotel. Breakfasts in the pool garden were quiet and relaxing, but the selection was pretty limited. Overall a great stay, and we would definitely recommend.

An amazing property! Immaculate landscaping fits well with the rain-forest ecosystem in the region. Great pool, friendly staff and great views of the hills and ocean. Would recommend!

From the moment we stepped out from our car at the parking lot we were greeted by Dennis, the Hotel Manager. He personally took us to our room and provided us with the most relevant information to enjoy our stay. Located in the beautiful Manuel Antonio area, Villas Nicolas combines the lushness of the jungle forest with the tranquility of a Spa. The suite was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. (I have to mention that the pictures on Expedia and their website do not fully capture the beauty of this resort). Our stay included daily breakfasts (delicious Costa Rican meals) served by an always attentive staff, led by Enoch and supported by his delightful wife and son During our stay we lost one of our cellphones. Thanks to Dennis’ help in locating the phone, speaking to the person and providing us with an exact map of where to find him, we were able to retrieve it and enjoy our scheduled tour that day. We strongly recommend Villas Nicolas for a great, pleasant and relaxed vacation!

A perfect place to enjoy the incredible diverse wildlife that surrounds Manuel Antonio National Park! Perfectly located over the hill overlooking the beaches and the park. There are plenty of eating options around the hotel, as well as activities like bird watching, canopying and wildlife spotting. The cabins overlook a lush jungle and if you wake up early, you will enjoy the troops of squirrel monkeys passing by. You can also see plenty of howler and capuchin monkeys on the surrounding areas. The garden and the swimming pool areas are lush and home to many birds like ara macaos and toucanoes. Service is really good, rooms are clean and in great conditions. I really enjoyed my stay at Villas Nicolas and looking forward to visiting this beautiful place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Villas Nicolas. The property is conveniently located on the Main Street and close to restaurants. Our room was very nice and had a lovely view of both the jungle and sea. We were able to see monkeys and birds in the morning and it was truly magical. The Breakfast is delicious and the general layout and landscaping of the property makes you think you’re in an oasis. We will definitely be back!

Dennis is a very good manager, always polite and respectful to guests. Complimentary breakfast was good, and if not enough, a lot of restaurants walking distance to find. The nature was amazing, a lot of monkeys and we met the sloth at property to see first time so close. A pair of parrots live there as well. Swimming pool surrounded by bushes and beautiful trees was always clean and relaxing. Air conditioner worked perfect and the room looked like a cousy house- built one. We enjoyed the view of the ocean every sunset and sunrise.

Both receptions were very friendly and helpful specially Dennis who is a very warm and nice receptionist and helped us a lot for our local needs and questions. Miss Sheryl Livingston, the manager was also super kind and helpful in giving us any info we needed about the properties and the local affairs of the resort.
