Sonidos del Agua is a tropical and wonderfully artistic home which offers jaw dropping sunset ocean views along with a unique sense of privacy and authenticity.
This property is one of the most spectacular ocean front properties on the Pacific Coast. Picturesque hills lined with pasture and a few cattle roaming roll down to a lush tropical rainforest with beaches below.

The home is nestled in the middle of the last remaining locally-owned farm in Manuel Antonio area and creates a blend of luxury and authenticity which is almost impossible to find.

You enter the home through the oversized tropical hardwood doors and from the moment you open the doors you are overwhelmed by the views and architecture. The main level hosts a beautiful cooks kitchen, spacious dining area which spills out onto the pool deck, a wet bar and living area. The home is designed to open up all the doors and live indoors and outdoors while you marvel at all the beautiful views.
The top level of the home hosts three spacious bedrooms, including twin ocean view masters, each with their own private almond wood terraces and on suite baths. The third bedroom is a spacious jungle view room, equipped with multiple beds and bunks making it a great kids room and is complete with its own tropical bath. The 4th bedroom is located on the garden level of the home and is a stunning suite on its own, with a fully private bath. The centerpiece of the home are the views and the water, which is highlighted by the three sided, infinity edge, natural stone pool. It is almost impossible to visit the home without wanting to just fall into this pool and let time melt away.

We were 2 families total of 9 , and this house make our vacation perfect, the location and view are perfect, close to all our activities, plenty of space to the kids to play and swimming, the concierge from casa Sonidos Del Agua was very helpful and fast easy communication to answer all questions about restaurant, beach, and food markets also all activities was booked through him were amazing.

Sonidos del Agua was a beautiful spot to set up home for a long weekend for this family of 4 from Florida. Right down the road from Ronny’s Place (amazing food, service, view, and entertainment!) we were above the heat of Quepos (but close enough to enjoy all the great things the town had to offer (visit the Cigar shop!)) with a gorgeous high rise view of the all the boats leaving the marina and the deep, aqua blue Sea waves crashing on the cliffs down below. The home itself was well stocked and beautiful, the infinity pool was our hang out spot from sun rise to sun set. We used the chef services (out of this world!) and arranged other services through the host which were 100% stress free. So close to everything and yet above the trees for all the bird watching your heart can stand, monkey sightings, and ocean and star gazing! Highly recommend!
