« the room was very very small, no wardrobe to store clothes but the worst was "no window"... How can we make today to rent a room without window... Unbelievable !! »

« Great location if you have business at the university otherwise no good reason to stay there. No lobby. Unable to accommodate early check in. Lobby toilet in the basement next to sleeping staff behind blankets. Would not accommodate my request to shorten my stay. Even when expedia got involved. Ceiling in my tiny room needed a couple of layers of paint. Woken close to midnight by kids running up and down corridor screaming. Do not recommend. »

« Great hotel with friendly staff, but some of them are not easy to understand. The location is ok but would prefer next time to stay at city centre »

« The staff provided exceptional assistance. Although the hotel lacked a freezer for overnight storage of our gel packs, the front desk personnel successfully identified a solution through a nearby restaurant. We appreciate their efforts. »

« Hot water was malfunctioning, I asked many times to get it fixed or change room. A technician was sent over twice but it didnt make a difference and I still didnt get to change room. The hotel clearly needs some renovations. Apart from that, the rest was comfortable. »

Grande piscine. Je recommande cet hôtel. »

« This hotel made me feel like I was in a factory. Way too many people »
