« Great location if you have business at the university otherwise no good reason to stay there. No lobby. Unable to accommodate early check in. Lobby toilet in the basement next to sleeping staff behind blankets. Would not accommodate my request to shorten my stay. Even when expedia got involved. Ceiling in my tiny room needed a couple of layers of paint. Woken close to midnight by kids running up and down corridor screaming. Do not recommend. »

« Was only able to check in the room after 5pm. Room was nicely decorated, but abit dusty. We were sneezing non stop when step into the room. Could not sleep the whole night due to the machine/aircon sound.. don’t bother about the buffet breakfast. Super long queue to get a table, followed by another queue at the egg station. Room aircon can only get to 23degree. Singapore is so hot and humid.. is not cooling enough. »
