The recessed sunken lounge “conversation pit “provides the perfect spot to relax after a day of activities soaking in the scenery. In the warmer months relax and breath in fresh air amongst the beautifully established gardens, with access to fruit trees, vegetable patches, and herb gardens. The rear garden conveniently connects to the Queenstown Walking Track, making it an ideal location for nature enthusiasts.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

This upstairs home is exceptionally spacious, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs, along with a separate dining area, a recessed sunken lounge “conversation pit “plus lounge room.
White Diamond Elegance is the perfect option for both families and mature travellers wanting the comforts of home in the perfect location creating those special holiday memories.

This home is the perfect winter escape, offering a gas fire, heat pump, underfloor heating and ceiling heating and provides a dedicated ski drying room for your ski gear.

The lounge and balcony offer varying breathtaking views of Mountain, lake, Queenstown Hill, and the Skyline Gondola. During the warmer months, the balcony enjoys afternoon and evening sun, whilst you can take in the tranquillity and privacy of the back garden which basks in sunlight.

The property is both luxurious and extremely comfortable, featuring beautiful gardens, fruit trees, vegetable patches, and herb gardens. The back garden also provides direct access to the Queenstown Hill Walking Track, one of Queenstown's top free attractions.

There is outdoor off-street parking for in the driveway and unallocated street parking in the area.
You will have access to the entire upstairs house except one room which is locked. You may use the outdoor areas at your leisure, the home has full kitchen facilities and laundry with a washer and clothes drier.

For those winter sports enthusiasts, there is an internal ski drying room and a spa bath upstairs to soak away the day’s aches and pains with a view onto the Queenstown Hill track.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a fully self- contained 2 Apartment downstairs that is not included in this listing, this may also be available for rent along with the upstairs home, enabling up to 12 guests in total. The downstairs apartment is separate from the upstairs home and situated on the ground level, please contact us for availability if interested. The downstairs apartment shares the driveway with the upstairs home.

RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Public holiday surcharges may be applicable to reservations departing on a public holiday
- The Cleaning & Linen fees include a pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels, and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change for an additional fee
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire upstairs home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

White Diamond Elegance is a 8-10-minute walk to the centre of Queenstown, close enough to take advantage of Queenstown’s legendary restaurant and bar scene or outdoor pursuits, yet far enough away to relax and enjoy the serenity of this incredible property where you’ll have everything you need to make your stay the perfect home away from home.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please note our terms and conditions and is also available to view through our Goodstays website
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
