The Space

Bedroom: One bedroom with ensuite.

Bathroom: One bathroom. Bathroom with standing shower, and separate toilet.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, modern furnishings and impeccable views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven.

External: There is a large patio with a two person spa and seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes the living and dining areas, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and any private outdoor space associated with the apartment.

The property is self-contained, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout your visit.



The Neighbourhood

A few minutes walk from the front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

The neighbourhood is a well-regarded residential area, offering a quieter setting while remaining close to Queenstown’s vibrant centre. You’ll be within easy walking distance of the CBD, lakefront, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The area is ideal for guests who want to enjoy Queenstown’s energy while returning to a peaceful home base at the end of the day.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: There are 20 external stairs from the car park to the entrance of the property

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (177 Litres) with a set amount, so we recommend spacing out longer showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
