« The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal...

« Pas une très bonne expérience sauf pour le stationnement gratuit pour la durée de la croisière (on peut se rendre au port en taxi et économiser des frais de stationnement). La chambre était très sale (drap, évier, douche, etc.), de la poussière +++, très vieille et le mobilier était brisé (chaise avec un barreau de casser). Internet très très très lent et difficile... Un train qui passe à une dizaine de mètres de la chambre à 1h00 AM (et qui siffle)... »

« My family of 4 was forced to constantly ask for towels from day one because staff only provided sets for 3, even though front desk saw it was 4 people. The manager stated because we used a third party to book, they had no way of knowing how many would arrive. « If you like the smell of mildew and if you like to eat with flies, this place is for you! The first morning I went down to the bagel bar, I couldn't even stay in the breakfast room because it was so hot and there were flies everywhere. There are 2 washers (1 out of order) and 2 dryers for the whole hotel, and they take quarters.
