« The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal...

« Listen, the hotel is nice for what it is. We needed it as a room to stay in before our cruise the next day. It is was clean (except for the couch bed it was disturbingly yellow), central to port, and had tons of restaurants and the pier nearby. It's the experience that was bizarre. At 3:00 AM a family started shaking out doorknob and trying to get in our room. They were banging on the door and knocking until my son got up and told them this room was occupied. After that this happened again...
