« Room was okay, basically you get what you pay for. Breakfast was yuck! Parking was good but no elevators. Check your rooms well before unloading. First room they put me in had a broken lock. Second room my key and theirs wouldn’t work to open it. 3rd was okay but has water damage on the ceiling. Beds were comfy. Didn’t see bugs, I would say if you like sleeping in a dark room this hotel isn’t for you. Th shutters they have don’t block the outside walkway lights. »

« The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal...

« When you get a room with kitchenette none of the kitchenware is in the room. They dont tell you that you have to put a deposit on the kitchenware in the details when booking. They tell you after you paid for the room and when you walk in the room you see it's not there . Customer service is horrible when you call to file a complaint. Never again will I stay there »
