« My first impression upon arriving was this building is old and certainly needs to be updated. Parking was a nightmare and the charge was 15 for a week after being told by the owner it would be 40 per day. Upon entering the room, noticed it is incredibly small with paper thin walls. You can hear the neighbors cough. The interior was in much need of updating. The back door (patio) couldn't even lock. This is a security nightmare if we were on the first floor. « The room photos were inaccurate about the size. This place is tiny. I would not stay with more than 6. There was a broken outlet with wires exposed. The door doesn’t have a second lock on the inside. They ordered new furniture to be delivered 8:30 in the morning on Saturday of our stay without disclosing before check in that this would be done. The property owner refused to offer a discount on our stay after this unfortunate occurrence. The only nice thing about this place is the view. »

« Check in via the condo was quick however, the key was not in the lockbox. Spent the next 1.5 hours waiting to get inside the condo. There are 2 lockboxes and neither had a key. There is a touchpad on the door but they wouldn’t provide me the code. I had to keep calling the mgmt co BeachBox for updates. I was hung up on once. I was never offered even an apology. I would not recommend this condo or any place managed by BeachBox. »

« The Victorian resort is beautiful. We have visited it before. The pools are great. The staff is wonderful and the views and beach access is perfect. Our specific unit was below standard. There was sand in the beds and couch. And yes I understand it’s a beach. But the sheets don’t need sand. The microwave was hanging off the mount and we did not use it. « The backdoor had no working lock, there were pubes in the bathtub despite a 105 cleaning fee, no plates/bowls, tv didn't work properly, the bathroom door stuck closed and we could barely leave once in there, the bunkbed top bunk was so tucked in (like under the wood) we couldn't get it unstuck on the first night and we had to sleep on top of the covers, the ac kept automatically changing to be hot again (caused us to wake up in the middle of the night), closet in the main bedroom wouldn't close...
