« This is a wonderful little house in a fabulous spot. Cleanliness and check-in could not have been easier. The owner even sent a text midway just asking if everything was okay. The house itself is nicely situated on a quiet beach, but close (3min drive) to stores and restaurants. Really a spectacular place. We will be coming back. »

« Stayed with our daughter who's a student in New London. The place was great, wonderful location, clean, easy access to many great things nearby. Hosts were wonderful to work with and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend! »

« The home is beautifully decorated. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Kristine has left games to play, for two persons or a family. The games are inside and out, for the sunny days and the rainy days. A book listing things to do, places to eat. Accommodations are great.Very enjoyable time. »

« Perfect location with many amenities »

« Me and three of my colleagues stayed here for a week while we were doing a Hands-On training seminar. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was easy to use and had the right amount of supplies we needed to cook all our meals. The house was quiet and clean. The neighborhood was lovely to walk in. When we had a little issue we were able to contact the host quickly and they helped us address it. I would definitely recommend staying here! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage at Markham Bay on Lake Pocotopaug! Kris, our host, was responsive and truly amazing! The house, property and location scream "RELAX" to all who enter. Tons of amenities, supplies and entertainment inside this lovely home. Outside, you'll find a beautiful sea themed mural depicting a local legend. « The cottage is everything one could need or want when wanting to enjoy quiet surrounded by nature. The hosts really set it up with all one needs to feel like they are home away from home. They communicated well and made sure we knew we could reach out to them for any needs. I left out a star due to water issues which has nothing to do with the host but location I’m sure. We had to keep waiting for it to be available for showers and with teens the complaints must be heard and thus that should be...

"Très sale et beaucoup de poil et de cheveux dans les lits et sur les serviettes et les débarbouillettes. La porte de la chambre de bain est très dur a ouvrir car elle frotte sur la toilette dû à une mauvaise installation. Les murs ne sont pas insonorisé."
