« Great place to stay! DeShawn was excellent with all the communication prior to arrival. Loved the video showing the drive to the house. The place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Water, soft drinks, tea, coffee and some snacks were left for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long travel day. DeShawn's Dad, Warren, was very helpful while we were there. Thank you! »

« We had an excellent stay at this property! The property is exactly as described-very nice with a beautiful view of Cruz Bay. The area is very walkable-easy access to the local restaurants, shops and ferry. The hill going from the shops/restaurants to the property is quite steep, but this is mentioned in the listing and we actually enjoyed walking up and down it each day. We rented a Jeep as we were there for a week and did a lot of hiking and exploring. We had one small issue with the lock on...

« Room was exactly as described. Cute..small...but who needs more than a bed and a fridge in paradise. Amenities of facility having beach chairs and snorkeling gear for patrons to use saved tons of money at beaches that charge big fees for that stuff. Highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling alone or with one friend and a small budget. »

« Unfortunately, this location was not great. After traveling for hours from IL we wanted to kick back, but we spent the entire evening trying to book another villa. There was a strong moldy smell as you walked in. Sand was on the chair, floor, & stove. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a hole in it where anything can crawl in. The ceiling also had water damage & it was exposed and moldy. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose so when you went to wash your hands the whole thing moved....

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and our host was very responsive when we had questions. We did not swim in the pools, but we visited each one just to see the views. The Terrace pool view was our favorite. In January it was cool enough in the late day and evening to have the doors open and screens pulled to get a great breeze. We slept to the sound of the waves just below the deck. There were iguanas in the trees outside the back deck. A perfect island...
