« When booking on Expedia your room is booked as an average stay. This means you cannot upgrade or change your room. Room 308 was clean. However, it had a strong musty, cat urine smell. We did not complain, we just went and bought lysol and sprayed every day. We were on the bottom floor and could not change the room. But now we know the room types Expedia will give with their so called package deals. »

« The front desk staff on check in tried to charge us when we had bought a package through Expedia. She was not kind our compassionate nor did she foster any connection to us at check in. We alerted the front desk about fecal material in the pool and on the pool deck. The poop on the pool deck could be clearly seen from our hotel window and in spite of alerting the front desk staff both by phone and direct conversation at front desk it remained on pool deck until our check out. Our room did not...
