Wonderful family holiday!
We stayed with our two children at the Hilton for more than two weeks in August 2021. It was a wonderful refuge from daily stress. The kids loved the outdoor pool and the foam parties as much as the breakfast buffet where everyone found something to their taste. Service was excellent, always polite and ready to fulfill our requests. A big compliment to the staff, who took special care to ensure our stay was as comfortable as can be imagined! Taking a taxi/didi to downtown Qingdao was a breeze and it was great to be within walking distance of one of the nicest beaches in Qingdao. Overall, 100% recommended for families with children.

Best Birthday stay ever!!
I booked the hotel only for one night as a birthday stay-cation gift for my wife. We have visited many hotels for our special days but this was the first one that made a cake for her. She had a fabulous time, I joined her for some of the time and I really loved it. The service was super friendly. Since we stay in Qingdao, going to Huangdao is always a nice treat. The five swimming pools will be the next reason we visit next time with our kids. They will love it as much as we did as well. I highly recommend it. I would suggest that that one books the sea view rooms and pay the extra amount since you can over look the swimming pool and the ocean,

호텔스닷컴에서 바다전망 뷰를 예약하고 갔는데, 호텔측에서는 제가 일반룸을 예약했다면서 그 일반룸도 지금 방이 없으니 장애인룸을 사용하라고 했습니다. 결국 한국에 있던 제 남편이 호텔스닷컴 미국 본사에 컴플레인해서 새벽 한밤중에 제가 원래 예약했던 바다전망룸으로 바꿨습니다.

The room was very nice - it felt like one was in a tropical island somewhere in Southeast Asia. It was a pity that when I arrived, they were shutting down the pool. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. I had to cut down my stay (was going to be there 22 Sept - 28 Sept). But a calamity situation at home in HK had to have me leave on the 23rd. I asked for a refund for the rest of the stay. And the front office staff Raymond was so kind as to oblige. thank you Raymond, so much.

호텔 경관도 아름답고 컨디션은 매우 좋았어요~~ 칭다오 맥주축제장도 아기자기 예쁘고 축제도 즐기고 바로 걸어서 호텔로 올 수 있으니~ 근데 기대보다 조식은 가격대비 별로예요 5성급 다른 나라 조식에는 못미치지지만 휴양을 즐기고자 할때는 추천~ 실외 어린이 놀이터와 실내외 수영장 등 좋아요

분명 TWIN 으로 부킹했고 회신도 그렇게 왔는데 도착해서 체크인 할때 TWIN 이 없다고 킹인지 퀸인지 줬습니다. 만약 TWIN 하려면 조금더 기다렸다가 비용 더 내고 하라고했구요. 몇달전에 취소불가능으로 예약 한건데 당일가서 TWIN 이 없다는건 말이 안된다고 봅니다. 아예 첨부터 TWIN 이 없다고 하던가...

전체적으로 나쁘지않았습니다
전체적으로 굉장히 깔끔하고 고급스러운 분위기로 편안하게 숙박하고 왔습니다. 그런데 분명 오션뷰룸을 예약했는데 바다가 보이지않는 방을 주셨습니다.지내보니 깔끔하고 괜찮아서 그냥 그대로 쓰기는 했지만 아직도 아이러니하네요. 그리고 전체적으로 직원분들 굉장히 친절하셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 룸서비스를 해주시는 직원분 빼고요

在软件上定的海景房双床房，前台接待说是普通双床房（订房的时候两种房间差价约300元），出示证据后，告知现在已经没有海景房了，第二天才调整的房间，但是没有对第一天住错房间有任何的补偿！

el hotel es muy bonito, los jardines muy hermosos, todo la decoración es preciosa, pero los restaurantes son muy desaseados, sobretodo en el que sirven los bouffets de desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Es lamentable las condiciones de falta de higiene: cocinas, sartenes, ollas, etc... muy sucios, además, el menú siempre igual, sirviendo alimentos guardados, pocos alimentos frescos. La habitación también con la bañera con óxido, y esquinas sucias, falta de limpieza.

This hotel is located in very developed beach resort area; the hotel is absolutely huge. My travel was for a business conference that took place off-season, when the property seemed empty except for our group. I imagine the experience would be different in high season, or when the hotel is more fully booked. The service and restaurant food were excellent. The decor is over-the-top fabulous.

만족해요
칭다오에서 떨어져있지만 마지막 피로를 풀기엔 좋아요. 다만 차가 없어 시내 등과 너무 떨어져있어서 숙소에만 있었지만요. 룸은 이그제쿠티브였는데 인천보다 작아서 먹을건 없었어요. 그래도 방은 훨씬 넓고 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ 그나저나 1000위안을 보증금으로 카드결제했는데 체크아웃 후 결제취소가 된건지 알길이 없네요.. 힐튼 측에 메일도 보냈는데 묵묵 부답... 어떻게 되는거죠..?

Poor restaurant experience
Being a so-called 5 star hotel, especially one that's under Hilton Hotel franchise, the serving staff in the restaurant (the one that serves buffet breakfast) definitely needs more intensive training, if they are trainable. While my wife and I were having breakfast, sitting right next to our table were 4 hotel staff, chatting loudly, probably enjoying their free breakfast. One was in fact occupying one of our empty seat in our table, showing a complete neglect of boundary and personal space. At the end of their meal, the one who was intruding into our space, even tried to light up his cigarette to smoke, in a "No Smoke" restaurant. If my wife did not reprimand him, he would have just go ahead and do what he pleases. Of-course, not a word of apology was offered for his offensive act. Apparently he thought that was within his right to do so, despite it was a No Smoking facility. Such a kind of behavior was shockingly appalling and would not be seen in any decent hotel anywhere else in Asia, definitely not in Hong Kong. The serving staff in the restaurant was inattentive to the guests' need. We ran out of paper napkins for our table, and none of the servers paid any attention, even though several of them walked by our table many times. Neither did they come to pick up our empty plates after we finished. Perhaps that's their definition of "buffet' dining, because in Chinese it means "self-help" and they are taking it to mean literally, that the guests were to help themselves??

总体来说都还好， 优点：环境不错，装潢豪华，房间干净，房间也够大。 缺点：办理入住时出现太多问题。 我们通过两家机构订了4间房，结果办理入住的时候半天只查出一间房，等了半个小时，沟通了好久，领导都发脾气了。最后才查出我们的4个房间，不知道是内部什么原因导致入住这么困难。第一次碰到！

Perfect place, but service and hygiene is not good
The beach is nice, it is a long and the gradient is very gentle, perfect for family trip. However, the level of hygiene and of service quality is unbecoming the name of Hilton. In a bread bar, a customer cut bread holding with his bare hands and insists that his hand is clean upon my point out(He is an English speaking westerner, shame on you!) and the workers do not understand why they have to change a bread into a new one just because of some put bare hands on the bread. The linen will not be changed without your asking to change, I stayed there 3 nights, I believe it is long enough for a change. Finally, if you have a children staying with you, please double check in advance for the inclusiveness of breakfast. Unfortunately, I checked but somehow, my reservation handover is not good enough, the hotel tried to charge me for the children's breakfast fee. Without the appropriate assistance of "Hotels.com" staff's help, I had to pay. In a summary, the place and the facility are perfect, but the service quality and the sense of hygiene is not matching the brand of Hilton.

칭다오 관광후 합리적인 가격에 테라스 있는 5성급 호텔에서
에어컨디셔너 고장나서 꺼지지 않고 춥고 시끄러워 잘 수가 없었음. 프론트에 3번 애기해서 간신히 껐는데, 둘째날 다시 작동, 다시 컴플레인, 기술자 3명이 달라붙어 간신히 껏다 켤 수 있게 만듦. 이 문제로 이호텔에 다시 가고 싶지는 않음. 더블베드가 커서 원배드에 2명이 잘 수 있어 좋았음. 식사는 가격대비 실망. 가까운 외부 식당도 1-2km 걸어야 하기 때문에 가급적 식사는 밖에서 해결하고 올 것. 칭다오 시내까지는 30분정도 디디택시 사용시 택시요금 톨비포함 2만원 이내. 공항까지는 4만원 예상
