« No one was onsite for check-in. Called number on door, Stephanie provided room number and entry code. She took care of everything over the phone. Since I was there for a fishing tournament, I just needed a bed to sleep in. I have stayed here before and they have been very accommodating for us fishermen. »

« The room has a couch in it that had animal fur on it so we couldn’t sit on it, the air vent in the bathroom was not pulling the steam out, the tub was stained didn’t look clean. The trash can by the elevator was never emptied it was full with the same trash over flowing in it. »

« Room was in terrible condition. Door frame was splintered, had screws holding it together and had NO interior lock! Damage to sheetrock next to the door had been mudded but not sanded or painted. There was a power strip pugged into an outlet in the floor. Refrigerator made so much noise we had to unplug it. Toliet seat was cracked and pinch me!!! Bathroom ceiling fan was dirty and the light fixture contained hundreds of dead bugs!! Also a 6” hole in the bathroom ceiling had a bare lightbulb...

« Unfortunately, my room did not meet my expectations and was in need of significant repairs, renovations, and updating. There was no microwave in the room, and the mini refrigerator was dirty, requiring us to clean it ourselves with disinfectant wipes before use. The carpet was completely soaked and had a strong odor of mold and dog. The mattresses were worn, lumpy, and sagging, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the toilet leaked water onto the floor every time it was flushed,...

« This was the worst experience ever. Sheets dirty with blood. towels looked like someone with dirty hands wiped on them. had to ask 3 times for toilet paper. smoke alarm not hooked up. black mold in bathrooms and on walls. no wash cloths. trickle of water and toilets hardly flushed. pool was green. there was smoke smell and weed smell. there were cigarette butts and nails in the halls and steps. this place should be shut down by the health department. »
