« We did not actually stay here. We were relocated to their sister property The Inn at Glaiser Glen. The staff was great, we really didn't use the amenities as this was a trip to see family. I would definitely stay again though. »

« The staff was anything but helpful, and rude during any interactions. The shower had no pressure and when I asked the front desk about it, the attendant said he had turned it off and would not give an explanation for why. There were bugs in the shower when we arrived, and the room smelled like mold. Overall experience was terrible and I do not recommend that anyone stay here. »

« We just returned from our long road trip and checked that we actually booked for a Ground Floor room (i.e. higher price than the room we got on the 2nd floor), but we didn't remember at the time we checked in because we booked it more than a month ago and we booked for more that 10 hotels for this trip. When we checked in, I asked the receptionist twice if she has a room in the ground floor but she said "we all booked", which mean they gave our booked room to someone else. I contacted the hotel...
