The living room looks right over the pool where you can plan to spend plenty of time. To enjoy absolute perfection in the winter months, open the lanai doors for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living.

The kitchen is stunning with its upgraded cabinetry and granite countertops and opens up to the family room and breakfast nook all of which have shimmering views of the canal and pool deck. Both the kitchen and living room offer sliding glass doors that open to the enclosed screened lanai.



As you step onto the lanai with gorgeous views of the canal, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your meal al fresco poolside. Additionally, this home includes a one-car garage, storm windows, and mature landscaping. This home is truly a boater's dream.



Dock- Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or fishing. Kayaks in the garage.



Garage: one car garage available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure

Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month plus tax. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated.



BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.



Full-size washer and dryer for guest use



This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee at additional cost plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.



We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.
