This neighborhood is perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, Playa Olas Atlas and Playa Los Muertos, making it the perfect spot to lounge by the beach during the day and explore Puerto Vallarta’s bar and restaurant scene by night.

Getting Around:
Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules.

2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.

4. Please respect the tranquility of our community by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

5. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

This Lady Is Very Long In Tooth & In Need Of A Refresh...

We picked this place for it's location near things we like in PV, the pictures on the site, especially the amazing view on the patio.POSITIVES:1) Sitting on the ground level patio having cocktails while looking at & hearing the ocean & watching people on the Malecon was hands down the best part of our stay.2) Thankfully the bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable!NEGATIVES:1) The building is 35 years old, but in decent condition & well kept. The condo, on the surface, seemed clean, but upon deep inspection it was nasty. Under the beds, behind the headboards, in the closets looked like they hadn't vacuumed or dusted in a decade.2) NAYA Homes who is the company "managing" the reservation through VRBO. Our experience with them was 1 star at best. When I would write through VRBO with an issue, they would say go talk to various people on the property. Having to do their job isn't why we spent money to stay here where they are responsible for properly managing. I would not stay at any location NAYA Homes manages due to their substandard & no help attitude...3) After getting that NAYA would do nothing other than taking our money, I decided I'd take care of issues I found myself. Example - the "rain" showerhead in the master bath was clogged to the point that less than half of the "jets" were clogged & the shower was 50% non functional. So I got toothpicks from a bar & unplugged it so it worked.4) I'm out of characters to share more, but 3 stars is very generous..

Condo 111

The only five stars about this property is the view. The condo needed a deep cleaning. The sheets are so old they are pilled, felt so dirty and so uncomfortable. The pillows are flat. There are no kitchen necessities, like salt and pepper or any other simple things. I asked if the comforter could be washed and was told to ask the front desk. The housekeeper was great but didn’t accept my request to wash the comforter. Another big negative is that this unit doesn’t have a washer and dryer in the unit. Which on the website it clearly says washer/dryer. There is one in the buildings basement which you have to schedule with the front desk to use it and pay for it. Overall the owner of the condo should clean it up and maybe get better furniture and upgrade the sheets, bedding and pillows and towels. I was beginning to wonder if the bed had bedbugs cause I got all biten up. The The balcony chairs are very uncomfortable and old. For the price of the unit I would give it 2 stars overall only because of the view.
