1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.

4. Please respect the tranquility of our community by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

Excellent location, perfect unit layout

The unit was clean, modern and had the perfect layout with the 2nd bathroom and back bedroom (as opposed to the side-cutout "room" that some of the other 1bdrm units in the building had. Pool always had plenty of chairs and super peaceful. If you are going to PV to relax, this is the pool setting. Well behaved kids and not too many, no loud music, chill vibe. Some might think the place skews too old, but as a 50-year old couple who don't mind partying now and then, it was perfect. Location was perfect, right between hotel zone and downtown. We loved sampling all the amazing restaurants right across the main drag within walking distance in Versailles neighborhood. Management was attentive and had great communication. Our only nitpick would be to suggest a water filtering system. These are fairly inexpensive nowadays so it feels like a place this nice should have it.

First Class place yet very economical

We stayed here for a week during the Halloween. The place seemed brand new, including all the neighbors moving in. Everybody was very friendly. There is some construction going on, but nothing that got in our way. We didn't have any problems with noise, besides a bit of some saws during the day by the pool. Slept like a rock! Perfect location to downtown. Pools/sunsets were our favorites. Was nice to be able to walk to supermarket for anything to stock the place. Will definitely look to stay here everytime we go to PV. Communication was top notch all the way through. Not one problem in our experience.
