I had a mixed experience at this vacation rental in Tower 3, which offered a spacious condo with stunning bay views but was marred by operational and quality control issues.Check-in was frustrating. Despite completing all forms online beforehand, the system had no record of them, forcing me to redo everything on arrival. There was no host on-site to greet or assist us; all communication was via text, which felt impersonal and inefficient. The property details provided also lacked critical information, like the tower and condo number, causing a 15-minute delay at the security gate as we waited for the property manager to respond.Tower 3âs strict HOA rules created an uncomfortable atmosphere. No visitors were allowed, and staff constantly monitored our actions, making us feel more like inmates than guests. The administration office was unhelpful, with a standoffish attitude clearly prioritizing owners over rental guestsâ concerns.The condo itself was a highlightâspacious, well-located, and close to tourist spots. However, several issues detracted from the stay. The smoke alarm chirped every 30 seconds due to a low battery, forcing me to remove it to sleep, which was unsettling. The kitchen cutting boards had mold, requiring a replacement set from the property manager the next day. The A/C remote in the master bedroom had a dead battery, and there was no guest binder to explain how to use appliances, amenities, TVs, or the heating and cooling systems.
