For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. 2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.

4. Please respect the tranquility of our community by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

We recently stayed at a condo managed by Naya Homes. While the location and overall complex are beautiful and felt safe, the management left a lot to be desired.When we arrived, security wouldn’t let us in because Naya had failed to send our information to the property. It took about 30 minutes to resolve—not the worst start, but definitely frustrating after a day of travel.The first night, we discovered that one of the bedrooms had no working AC. With high temperatures, we ended up sleeping in the living room—on the couch and floor—because that was the only space with air conditioning. That meant the living room was off-limits for the rest of our group during the entire stay. Despite multiple communications with Naya, the AC in that room was never fixed.On our last full day, someone came by to “fix” the AC while we were out, and when we returned, the electricity was completely out. With 90 degree weather, no way to cook, spoiled food in the fridge, and elderly parents forced to shower in the dark, it became an actual safety concern. I reached out around 4:00 PM to ask if we could be moved to a hotel and whether we’d be compensated, but we’re still waiting for a clear answer.To be fair, Naya was responsive over text and email—but ultimately, they did nothing to truly accommodate our situation. Given that they manage multiple properties, I feel we should have been offered a different place to stay when it beca

Modern Unit

Very modern unit. Safe for 3yr old Greatgrandson. Everyone very helpful! One guy even went to the store for a few supplies when a got there after dark. We rented a Mobility Scooter and Oxygen machine for my husband and they let the Rental Co leave them there in the Lobby until we arrived. Outside had pools everywhere,very pretty, one inside. Good for kids. Beach Bar and food. Day trip to Sayulita, kids surfed,tons of restaurants, shops. A great trip for all.

Great setting

The condo complex is secured behind a guarded gate, affords great views of Banderas Bay, fronts a wide, sandy beach, and boasts the biggest swimming pool you'll ever see -- with ample, shaded lounge chairs. Highly recommend.
