Respectfully this is not a comment, it is a complaint, you cannot judge a place because you drive around with your friend, you can look at the comments and have a better perspective of the place as 99% of people say they feel very secure walking around and enjoing the neighborhood . they have experimented to later draw their comments you comments only show their anger and try to do the greatest damage possible because you take a non refundable fee and we should charge usd 29 must understand that we must pay to expedia and did not give us the opportunity to Rent the room. If you had spoken kindly to us and gave us your concern, things would probably have taken a better path for you and us. Anyway, we understand and respect your point of view that is not the same for everyone and do not forget that a book is not judged by its cover but by its content. many thanks.

Hello Mr micko and thanks for being with us, sorry about the incident, but we offer you right away other room and you refuse to do it and stay in the room the 3 days . also is true we give you ride to airport and charge you round trip from airport to hotel and hotel to airport for usd 62 but also you refuse to pay and give us only usd 40 , you want us to give you for free the stay and honest Mr micko we cant do that is expensive to operate this busines, I can see this review show you hungry to us because we dont charge you less (usd 40 taxes and breakfast included per day) sorry about the inconvinient and we will work in some issues to be better. hello and really sorry you stay was not the best. Yes infortunatly there was no water in town for 24 hours our thanks run out of water, yes you choose a basic room with fan but we have room with ac. yes maybe stain but not dirt we cant affor to buy pillows every time we have a stain in the pillow or linen we are a budget b and b . but we will try to get better in the things you mentuioned.

Sorry to heard that but like you say you don’t stay in our place you judge a place if you don’t stay but we understand you you have the right to believe whatever you want but not the right judge people first place if you so scare why you travel how come you are so rich with you diamonds a make a reservation in a B and B that charge you usd 50 breakfast included? Never judge a book by the title thank you very much Mrs ego next time take you time to read location we are very clear we are not a beach property or don’t you know how to read?

Sorry to heard that but you make avreservation with expedia we give the choice to leave but you have to make you cancelation with expedia we give you a semistudio the want you reserve but you choose the standard room no us we dont want to have a discution with our custumers so we give you 600 pesos discount also you are the one you choose to stay 2 extra nights unmm Just wondering?
