"Établissement apparement au même groupe que l'Atix hôtel (où nous avons aussi séjourné), il n'y a aucune comparaison possible : le Met Hôtel est notamment supérieur. Service impeccable (encore merci à Ernesto pour son accueillir), chambre confortable avec une décoration chaleureuse, partie spa très agréable (et une immense salle de sport, ultra équipée), très bon petit déjeuner. En bref, un excellent établissement "

"Nous devions rester 3 nuits. Suite à un imprévu, nous sommes restés 3 jours de plus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Un taxi est toujours présent à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour se promener. Nous avons pu aussi garer notre véhicule loué devant l'entrée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité, ainsi qu'une station de téléphérique. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which is outdated and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms at 1:30 a.m. because the bed had clearly not been cleaned — there were blood stains on the sheets, along with long strands of women’s hair, which clearly shows a total lack of hygiene. The rooms are extremely basic, with no comfort at all, and it was freezing cold inside: there’s no heating system. The view was directly onto a wall, which didn’t help the atmosphere either. The worst part was the staff’s behavior. After asking about the exchange rate at reception, I was offered a very poor rate. A few hours later, around 2 a.m., one of the staff members came to my room to renegotiate — a highly inappropriate situation that I would describe as borderline harassment. Another serious issue: the rooms are not cleaned during the stay and towels are not replaced. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. The only positive point: the location, which is convenient."
