« We stayed at this hostal twice. First time it was good, we had a nice room, everything went good and we felt comfortable coming back to the same place. but the second time they couldn’t find our reservation even though we made it through hotels a long time ago. They couldn’t offer us the same room we booked but had another room that we decided to stay in. It was a very unpleasant experience, bugs in the beds and dogs barking outside all night, we barely slept. We changed hostal the day after. ...

« Staff were helpful about booking a taxi and making sure I got away OK (5.00 in the morning!) but not very helpful in carrying my luggage up three steep flights of stairs. »

« Friendly and accommodating staff-especially as we arrived hours before check in. Very clean communal areas and good sized private rooms. Plenty of bathrooms and showers (and hot!). Chill vibe throughout. »
