« Très bien surtout pour la Bolivie »

« Everything was like advertised, and better! At first, it was a little difficult to find the counter to register, but after that, everything was very very very good. The breakfast was way more that was I expected. All the personnel that I encountered were extremely polite, nice and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I will obviously return every time I am in La Paz. »

« Nice location, close to restaurant and shopping, the breakfast was good »

« Excellent stay. Helpful and supportive staff. Very efficient check-in. »

Upon arrival, we had to change rooms at 1:30 a.m. because the bed had clearly not been cleaned — there were blood stains on the sheets, along with long strands of women’s hair, which clearly shows a total lack of hygiene. The rooms are extremely basic, with no comfort at all, and it was freezing cold inside: there’s no heating system. The view was directly onto a wall, which didn’t help the atmosphere...
