Summary:
Wake up and feel like you OWN the city with a fantastic view right from your private deck. Perfect, walkable spot to all that Downtown has to offer! You'll be captivated by the stunning views of Downtown & the iconic Superman Building breaking the horizon. Start your day at one of the nearby cafes before exploring the hidden culinary treasures of the surrounding areas. Walk to Federal Hill, Downtown, The AMP, Convention Center, & colleges! Easy Access to 95, 195 & 146, as well.

The Space:
NO PARTIES
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or large gatherings.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Start your day with coffee in the apartment and/or then walk to The Nitro Bar or Seven Star Bakery for coffee and breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook/dine in, including a dishwasher, if you choose. However, there are so many great restaurants within walking distance as well.

THE ESSENTIALS
Take a break from exploring the City and relax in the apartment. Take in the view from the living room or while cooking in the kitchen!

COOK UP A STORM: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. There are 4 counter seats off the island.

PRIVATE BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is a serene private retreat, thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Nestled between the two rooms is a centrally located shared bathroom, ensuring easy access for all guests. Each bedroom boasts a luxurious medium-firm queen bed, perfectly tailored to support all sleeping styles and positions, promising a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep.

THE PRIVATE DECK
Having your own private deck is a rare find in the City. The views of the City skyline are very nice during the day but exceptional at night! You can sit on the deck in the 2 lounger chairs or at the bistro table, you have options!

THE BUILDING
This apartment is on the 2nd floor and there are 2 other apartments in the building. The apartment is equipped for up to 4 guests, and designed with a central, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There is one off-street parking spot available as well.

BACKYARD:
Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table, or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and private deck.

The Neighborhood:
The best part of this section of the city are the places that are off the beaten path. There are such great places like , The Avery, Bucktown, Julian's, NitroBar, Seven Star Bakery & more. But just a short walk away, you can be on Atwell's Ave where the best Italian Restaurants in the city are located... And just over the bridge, is Downtown Providence where you have even more great restaurants, bars and lounges!

Also just over the bridge is the Convention Center and the AMP!

Essentially you can walk to everything from the apartment - car not needed in this location!

We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by.

Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.

We have free parking available for 1 car in a small parking lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
This is a 2nd floor apartment so you will need to go upstairs.

Interaction with Guests:
The building includes a shared stairwell and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartments and deck areas are exclusively for your private use. We want you to feel completely comfortable when booking with us, so if you have any questions—before, during, or after your stay—don’t hesitate to reach out through the messaging app for a quick response. Second time we’ve stayed at one of Jennifer’s properties and they never disappoint. Apartments are clean, spacious, well equipped, and in the perfect location for us. Balcony has great view and nicely furnished. Very easy to access and while we didn’t need to park this time, that’s a huge bonus in Providence! We did have upstairs neighbors for part of our stay but hardly noticed as tenants observe the noise rules. Jennifer is very good at communicating/answering questions before and during stay. This property is just a couple of blocks from our daughters place, and about a 10 min walk from downtown and college hill, so we will be back for sure!

The place is small, but plenty big for us, 2 adult couples. Everything was so nice and clean. We stayed for a weekend and it rained the whoooooole time, but we still managed to have a blast! You can walk to the Federal Hill area and there's plenty of places to eat within walking distance. At the end of the day it was nice to curl up in the living room, have some drinks and chat. The TV is mounted a little bit high?? But other than that, perfection. And thank you to our hosts, very communicative!

I have to say I was very happy with our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. Parking was very convenient and it was a 5 min walk to all of the restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

It was alright until they kicked us out with short notice and never gave us or money back when we only stayed two night supposed to stay 5 so yeah other then that it was okay
