Summary:
Step into this stunning two-level penthouse with panoramic city views. The heart of the home unfolds into an open-concept kitchen, a large island with seating for 4, dining area & living space with sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious deck. The main level features the second bedroom and full bathroom. Just down the hall, find a workspace nook and stairs to a private primary suite upstairs that includes a king sized bed and spa-like bathroom. This apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests.

THE LAYOUT:

KITCHEN:
In the heart of this penthouse a spacious kitchen features smooth countertops, white cabinetry, and a large island with seating for four. A full suite of stainless steel appliances; including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking & meal prep feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right.

IN-UNIT LAUNDRY:
Conveniently located just off the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with a full sized in-unit washer and dryer. Detergent is provided making this space convenient and ideal for your next stay.

LIVING/DINING AREA:
An inviting living and dining area flows seamlessly from the modern kitchen, creating the perfect space for dining, relaxing and entertaining. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while comfortable seating and thoughtful décor make it feel like home. The dining area features a table for 4 and is the perfect space, whether you are enjoying home cooked meals or a fun night of board games or cards! Its close proximity to the kitchen, living area, and glass sliding doors to the private deck creates the perfect space for both relaxing, taking in the panoramic views and enjoying meals. The adjacent living space has a comfortable sofa with seating for up to 4, that invites you to unwind, or watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV. Use the coffee table to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink, while watching TV on your mounted flat screen. Enjoy natural lighting from the glass sliding doors leading to the private deck, making your stay more relaxing.

SLEEPING AREAS:
This penthouse boasts two beautifully designed & separate sleeping areas, each crafted for comfort and relaxation. On the main level, the secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, large windows that fill the space with natural light, and a side table with both a lamp. This bedroom has a large closet with ample storage for short and long stays.
Upstairs, the expansive primary suite serves as a private retreat, anchored by a king-size bed and complemented by two closets, a cozy seating nook to catch up on reading while taking in the views, and a wall mounted TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The attached ensuite bathroom exudes a spa-like ambiance, blending style and serenity to enhance your stay. Both bedrooms include a white noise sound machine.

BATHROOMS:
Both bathrooms in this penthouse are thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, style, and convenience. The main level bathroom, just steps from the secondary bedroom, features an elegant vanity, and a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the primary ensuite bathroom feels like your own private spa. It offers a freestanding soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity with ample counter space. The bathrooms are fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.

THE DECK:
Step through the glass sliding doors in the living area and onto your own private outdoor retreat. This elevated deck features two distinct seating areas—both with seating for four. One table is set for relaxing or a drink, and the other table is best for enjoying a meal outside, offering a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation.

THE SHARED BACKYARD
Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors.

THE BUILDING:
This apartment is on the third and fourth floor and there is no elevator. This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses three separate short-term rental units—including this inviting third-floor apartment. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, private deck and shared backyard space.
The apartment is located on the third floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors.

The Neighborhood:
Step outside your apartment on Dean Street and discover one of Providence’s most authentic and flavorful neighborhoods. This area is known for its vibrant atmosphere and hidden gems that locals love. Steps away find yourself at Irregardless for biscuits on the weekend or dine at The Patio on Broadway and enjoy cozy outdoor seating. Right on Broadway grab a unique latte at the famous Nitro Bar, brunch at Julian’s for their creative & funky menu, and enjoy a drink at The Avery speakeasy. 2 blocks away explore Providence’s Little Italy! Federal Hill where there are endless restaurants and live music performances. Just over the bridge, you’ll find Downtown Providence! Catch a show at the Providence Performing Arts Center, spend a night at waterfire along the Providence and Woonasquatucket Rivers, or watch the Providence Bruins play at Amica Mutual Pavilion. Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.

We have free parking available for 1 car in a small parking lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by.
This is a 3rd floor apartment so you will need to go up stairs. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.

Interaction with Guests:
​​The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use.
