« The beds were great. The room was clean and tidy, but when we went to turn on the heat, an awful smell started coming out of the heater. Would hate to have that happening during cooler months. The pool amenities were great. It was awesome to have a kiddie pool area. The fitness center was pretty basic, and it would have been great to have another treadmill or something, but it was fine. Breakfast was decent too and had something for everyone. Would recommend having oatmeal as an option, though....

« Bathroom wasn’t super clean when we arrived. We did have to throw a toilet paper roll away as it had stuff all over it. Room was nice as it had a fridge and microwave. Easy to check in and out. Close to downtown »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« The check in process went smoothly and the staff were welcoming. We enjoyed the gift bag in our room. Liked the parking on site. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. Definitely would stay here again if needed a place to stay in Lake Geneva. »

« The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you any questions answered. Actually one of their staff came to the place to sort things...

« We got to hotel at 3:05 pm and had to wait for some to show up (a sign was up stating "out for 15 minutes".)a reception person came at 3:30pm. A kinda weird start. I left a tee shirt in the top drawer of a dresser and when I called back 5 hours after checking out they said they would look but they stated no one found a tee shirt. This seems strange since no one would want the shirt, so I suspect they did not really look for it. My bad for leaving it, just sad to lose a tee shirt which was a...
