« We stayed here because we needed something pet friendly. Clean enough to sleep and not do much else. »

« Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded. »

« Nothing to dislike. Super clean. Staff were great. We didn’t use the indoor HEATED pool or hot tub but area was very clean. Location was very walkable to great restaurants (Tuscan!) and independent coffee shops like Porch and Inspired. This trip we had chilly weather so we really enjoyed the electric fireplace in the room. This is our go-to Lake Geneva hotel. »

« The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get. »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« Not a safe place for a single woman traveling alone. No staff present when I arrived. Interior was not as pictured. Grateful to get a refund and do not feel this property should be featured on Expedia. »

« The establishment was nice and the room was nice but some of the staff were not very helpful and I felt they were being unexplainable rude to my family and guests making up rules for us specially. »

« Room clean, bed very comfy, we picked a room with kitchenette abd had everything i needed to cook the food i brought with us. The property is spread out ave of we wanted to use the pool or hot tub we would have had to drive to that building, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was not included but there were the restaurants on site if we had wanted to purchase our meals there. Beautiful campus. »

« Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again. »

« All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of...

« I stayed at the Hampton McHenry for 10 days and had a very good time. The room was clean, large and quiet. Nice pool and small fitness center. I particularly apprieciated the breakfast buffet : good choice or meals and fresh wafers! Free Wifi with above average speed. Coffee available all day in the lobby! »
