This is a numa operated hotel. It is an old apartment that has been redone and turned into a boutique hotel. The concierge is all virtual and our check in and out were both super smooth with no issues. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby that is open all day and great/cozy. The location is great and slightly out of the square/tourist frenzy areas so it is very convenient. We had a lovely time here and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Svært at finde. Ved ankomst manglede en opredning. Ved opkald til udlejer, blev vi bedt om selv at finde linned i kælderen - der var ikke noget. Ved nyt opkald (talte med en anden person) blev sagen løst, hvilket var udmærket. Ikke ret god morgenmadsbuffet.

My stay
1. thanks to Katerina and the staff in the restaurant, they offer really nice help 2. This hotel has changed to a new property owner recently and they do the digital checkin and all request can be asked via WhatsApp 24/7. It might not cause difficulty if you checkin at normal business hour (they are staff in the hotel in case you need really to ask about something). We arrived late and when we went to the room, which supposed to be a deluxe room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed is not ready and no staff around can fix. I don’t even find linen and pillow even they ask me to work out the bed. I contacted the WhatsApp customer service and they open another room for me to stay for night and come to fix it the next day. 3. To me, the difficulties are the handover they did (not clear between teams) and they service they offered (changing but not aligned internally) 4. What’s good about the hotel: the breakfast is nice and price is good. The location is quite and not far away from the old town. Walkable distance to the UAN Florenc station if you plan to do a one day trip to other towns. And mini market around the corners for liquor or aqua shopping and else.

Perfect location to be based in to explore Prague’s attractions away from the crowd but yet close enough to walk everywhere. The boutique hotel experience and personalised service by Katarina and her staff is fantastic.

Family stay
The hotel in all is great. The suites were large and spacious. The design of the hotel is a little strange for a family as in one bedroom there is a large bathtub and then the other room has a shower. The shower is not well designed as water leaks out on to the floor and into the room. The second floor was a nice place to sit and the balcony was a very nice addition.

Location a little far from the city center so it was a far walk to most of the touristy things. The room is stunning and quiet. Beds are very comfortable and receptionist are helpful. Breakfast was enough.

Not a particularly good experience
We booked the duplex room. The room really has the potential for a great vacation but the truth is we did not enjoy it. First of all it was not so clean. In addition the water flow is weak and unstable. At one moment the water was super hot, and at another moment it was super cold. It's not so easy to shower like that. And perhaps the thing that bothered us the most was that this room has an amazing bath (which is why we booked the room in addition to the balcony) for a stay of 3 days we could not use it, There is no sealing in the bath and the water does not stay inside. (even though I contacted the hotel staff twice and they apparently could not solve the problem) .This room was expensive but very disappointing. A positive thing is there a great view from the balcony.

Rigtig lækkert hotel og meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Lækkert værelse, nyt, flot og rent. Eneste grund til, at jeg ikke har givet topkarakter er, at fitness/træningsfaciliteter, der fremgår af hotelbeskrivelsen på hotels.com, er nedlagt, og det var afgørende for mig, da jeg søgte på hoteller i Prag, at der var sådanne faciliteter på hotellet.

Large rooms and central
Lagre, quiet and comfortable apartment close to metro and old town. Recommend to buy another breakfast in the restaurant than the one that you can buy connected to your stay, beacuse the restaurant offer very tasty and cheaper breakfast. The hotel staff arranged airport transport in the evening on very short notice. Very helpful staff and good service!

It's a brand new property, so everything was squeaky clean and in perfect working condition. Staff were pleasant and eager to help. Didn't try the restaurant so can't speak to that. Location is excellent, close to several tram lines and the metro, and within 1km walk from the Old Town Square. Suggestion: could keep some travel adapters on site! It's a pretty useful and commonly needed item by tourists.
