Visite rapide mais efficace de Prague
Visite courte 2,5 jours de Prague. L'appartement est confortable. Pour 4 un vrai lit double et un canapé lit dans une grande pièce qui fait aussi salon et coin cuisine. La chambre est séparée par une large armoire de la partie salon. 2 salles de douches complètent l'ensemble. L'appartement est bien situé 15 à 20 MN à pieds de la vieille ville. Nous avons tout fait à pied (jamais pris le métro ou les trams). Seul bémol : le chauffage n'était pas terrible et les salles de bain froide. La dernière nuit, le chauffage semblait H. S. Je recommande néanmoins.

Séjour Prague fêtes de fin d’année
Excellent séjour à Prague durant la période des fêtes de fin d’année. L’hôtel H7 est très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds ou en prenant les transports. Le personnel de l’hôtel était vraiment au petit soin. Je recommande.

Good for a few nights near the city centre. Very conveniently located and walkable to everything but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Check in - out was super easy and convenient. We booked a junior suite and must admit we were quite underwhelmed. Our room was big and clean but very basic and lacked any character, it felt cold and empty. The TV was basic and only had a few working channels (none in English) so we didn’t use it at all during our stay. A few areas were looking quite tired, such as large cracks in the walls and bedside lights handing off the wall. Unnervingly a man walked into our room while we were in bed the first night. We later found out this was the owner who mistook the room for his own. The staff were nicely apologetic and we understand mistakes happen, but nonetheless it shook us and left us feeling uneasy during our stay.

When I got to the hotel, the reception was closed. A girl walking down the street helped me. She had telephone service, and we were able to get in contact with the receptionist by phone. Luckily I was able to get inside to sleep in the hotel. But, I couldn’t leave the hotel because I didn’t have a key. A couple other girls had trouble getting into their room. We worked together and were able to sleep in the hotel. Because of this, I would not recommend the hotel.

We stayed in the H7 for four nights. Check-in was done online prior to arrival which was convenient. The hotel was very welcoming when we arrived and, as we were early allowed us to leave our luggage at reception while we did some sightseeing until check-in time (they messaged us once our room was ready). The hotel is lovely, the room was beautiful and spacious with excellent air conditioning and our view was the lovely courtyard. However, our room was not cleaned throughout our stay. We were initially told that cleaning is every second day but if we needed anything we should just contact reception....absolutely fine. Unfortunately cleaning didn't happen at all. We managed to obtain some fresh towels from the housekeeping trolley on day 3. When we needed toiletries replenished we went to reception which was locked so we called and messaged but we did not receive a response. In summary, the hotel is beautiful, great location but we were disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service and points of contact at reception when we needed them.

Staff was friendly but i didnt hear anything regarding my request of a high chair. Kitchen utilities, pots and pan were so small and therefore useless. No tea towel and it was not cleaned the trash in the room was not emptied. Price and room were good otherwise.

Nicht weit weg vom Nationalmuseum. Sehr gute Lage. 25 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt und zur Karlsbrücke. Alles Top. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sauberes Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Decent location, not far from the National Museum. Huge room with a massive King size bed and wonderful modern bathroom! Only negative is that the room was overly warm without the air con and a bit chilly with the air con - but that's probably just me not being able to work the air con properly!

Muy agradable
Ha ido todo de maravilla. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia con un armario y un baño mas que suficiente. Hemos descansado muy bien, la cama es muy cómoda y después de patear la ciudad todo el día se agradece, así que como que tengan un dispositivo de smart TV para poner tu serie si te apetece. Lo único que he echado en falta quizás sea un servicio de desayuno.

Perfect hotel in prague
Beautiful Apartment Hotel, with cozy atmosphere inside. Clean, calm and spacious. Its so close to a mini market for late night snacks and its around the corner from the museum and the main town area. The staff are so friendly and nice. You will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Also, the beds are so warm and cozy.

Walking distance to the city center, yet in a very quiet street (and you want a quiet street for your hotel, Prague is a loud city). 30 minutes by car from the airport and close to the train station. Clean and fresh hotel, the rooms are almost apartment style with bed, sofa, tv, microwave owen and fridge. Nice and accommodating reception staff available 8am-8pm. Good value for the money.

Não recomendo
As fotos não condizem com a realidade. O quarto é sujo, tive crises alérgicas todos os dias. As toalhas de banho são muito pequenas. O quarto tem poucos móveis e falta lugares de apoio. O frigobar do quarto não funcionava e só trocaram as vésperas do nosso checkout, fazendo com que a comida toda ficasse estragada.
