Powys : Chalets

« The hut looked really shabby from the outside but, thankfully, it was better inside. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but there were no towels or tea-towels, dishcloths etc. and no tea, coffee etc. The bed linen wasn’t great, with stains and burn marks on the duvet cover. The mattress was stained. As a one night stop-over on a bike ride it was OK, just. »

« The location was good. To find the lodge was extremely difficult as the lodges were not numbered in numerical order. The warden just pointed in the general direction to where the lodge was situated.The parking was very tight due to over grown hedges.The lodge was in very poor condition...certainly not "luxury"as the advert said. It did NOT have the dishwasher, washing machine or dryer as in the listing. It did have an ironing board but no cover for it! There was black mould in the shower...

« Lovely owner good communication . Location is beautiful peaceful and not to far away from shops ect plenty of places to go see and go for walks. The log chalet was lovely so relaxing inviting easy to access games tv dvd provided problem with internet at time but it didn’t take away from our amazing break . Two good size bedrooms mattress in one wasn’t to our taste but still decent . Would definitely stay again and recommend to others . If you love cats as well the you need to meet their...

The surrounding area is stunning with enough to keep the kids (8 + 10) entertained for hours in the fields, in the hot tub and trampolines. 100% we will return. Thank you Stuart. »

« We visited for my partner's 40th with our children and mother in law. We were so impressed with the Lodge, absolutely stunning. The decor is beautiful and the attention to detail was excellent. Owners were welcoming and really lovely people. The showers were so good, I need one at home. The hot tub is the icing on the cake. We all would highly recommend. Thank you for having us, look forward to our nest stay. »
