« This hotel is very much due a complete overhaul to bring it into the 21st century. It is generally dark without double glazing in the bedrooms which do not have good views. Have not eaten there so cannot comment on quality of the catering. »

« I highly recommended staying here. I stayed 3 nights. It was a big room excellent shower clean room serviced daily. Breakfast was lovely. The staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We are going to make this our regular go to as being disabled its very disabled friendly and disabled parking free of charge. Plus you need for nothing during your stay. Well done all concerned. »

« Bien placé pour découvrir les sites avec un grand parking. Par contre la literie avec des matelas à ressorts et des lits pour deux assez étroits, par rapport à ce qui se fait pour ce prix, ce n'est pas acceptable. On a signalé qu'on avait mal dormi quand on nous a demandé si tout allait bien, sans plus de considération. Pour dîner, prévoir 2h de service. L'espace piscine est vieillissant. »

« Visiting in my own I stayed 3 nights at Prince Rupert. Fantastic location right in the centre. I had a lovely friendly welcome, the staff at the desk were very helpful. The room is nice, small but very clean tea/coffee making facilities, very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Good breakfasts. I had a couple of dinners at the restaurant - very friendly, good food. My only complaint is the horrible Richard Claydermanish music in the restaurant! Thank you for my nice stay. »

Unfortunately on the first night there was a young family in the room above us and they were pretty noisy jumping up and down. I asked reception to have a polite word which they did. My only other negative was the bed; the mattress was so hard it was a killer.
