Located near Praça da RepĂșblica, you will be next to the city center, where everything happens! In less than 7 minutes, you will reach the Trindade metro station or the beautiful Avenida dos Aliados. You can get lost in the famous Galerias de Paris, buy whatever you've always wanted at Praça Carlos Alberto, or taste Portoâs most famous culinary specialty: the francesinha.
If you wish to see the other wonders of the city, you will find the metro station just 10 minutes away, with access to several lines.
Around the apartment, you will find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and paid parking.

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guestsâ expectations are properly met. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200⏠per hour will be charged.
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect.
If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.
The âŹ2.00 fee included in the price of your stay applies to guests aged 13 and over. It is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package costs set at âŹ150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow the hostâs staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! You just need to make the request!
