The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of the city's cultural and tourist center, where all the fun happens! It is surrounded by renowned Porto restaurants and bars, in a lively neighborhood!

It is about 300 meters from the Aliados Metro Station, and all major tourist attractions are within walking distance, such as: the Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, the Douro River with the famous D. Luís Bridge, Sé Cathedral, Avenida dos Aliados, and many more. Supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies, and shops are nearby. At night, the surrounding streets offer the liveliest spots in the city.

To explore the city's riverfront, we recommend boarding bus number 500 near São Bento Train and Metro Station. This line starts in downtown Porto, passes through the Ribeira area, the Douro River waterfront, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can taste some of the best traditional fish, seafood, and regional products from the north of the country.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

The nearest metro station, Aliados, is just 350 meters from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After the checkout time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon consultation.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV packages of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to carry out the inspection of the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
