« We had a very nice stay and really enjoyed the multiple living spaces and the two decks! Our only note for improvement is that the house could use some updating/repairs. The main level bathroom vanity is very worn and needs refinishing or replacing. It also only had one working faucet with cold water. One bedroom on the ground floor needs some significant wall repairs. »

« Holes in the walls ,old out dated furniture ,refrigerator barely worked ,wasnt get cold enough and the ice maker didnt work .needs a lot of upgrades ,the owner should let guests know theres alot of steps to climb »

« The house was in a great location - only a few minute drive to the beach and downtown. The house didn't appear to have been cleaned for a little while, and we didn't realize that there are actually 2 units. So, we ended up sharing the outside spaces (I.e., jacuzzi, fire pit, grill) with another family staying in the other part of the home. The walls aren't too thick, so if there is someone else staying in the other unit, you will hear them. »

« The house was very clean. I appreciate a clean house as I have allergies. Kitchen had every utensil a cook might want. The fenced yard would be nice for little guys. Bathroom was good. Everything worked ( tv, shower, sinks, dishwasher). The neighborhood is nice. My dog and I took a few walks while my husband went fishing. Barb »

« The space was adequate, remodeled and bedrooms as advertised. The owner communicated quickly for the reservation. The location was convenient to the local shops and the beach. The bathrooms were nice. The home was not clean; the refrigerator and kitchen were not clean. Even after I cleaned it and sanitized, I still did not want to cook in this space. I suggest the owner spray for spiders; my husband and I killed at least 20. »
