« The ac unit was so loud. All else was great »

« We love the location and the outdoor places to gather. We could easily get to Dunes NP or Lake Michigan to walk the beach. Having the event space and UNO’s restaurant next door made everything easy. We will be back! »

« It was nice. The studio room was huge and gave us lots of room to spread out. Cookies and mints in the lobby were a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was good. I especially liked the potatoes. Definitely would stay again. The pool was not real warm but definitely clean with towels provided. The hot tub was not in service but as it was roasting outside that didn’t matter. »

« The staff was friendly but we did not stay. In the first room, the bathroom was flooded. We were given a different room and it had roaches. Would not recommend to anyone. The front desk girl was obviously doing her best, but the owners need to put serious work into this place. »

« There was a horrible smell in the room. The staff told us that the smell was coming from the pond. From where we were staying, I did not see a pond. They had two air fresheners in the room which was overpowering. We took the fresheners out and the room. We stayed there for two nights. We only slept there, spent no time. Sleeping was long enough. I found dead bugs in the bathroom floor. »

« Spa en panne eau de la piscine gelée, lingerie en panne, poubelles non vidées le personnel ne gère aucun de ses problèmes et le petit dejeuner est très compliqué lors de la commande et quand l'assiette arrive ce n'est pas bon, tout ça pour 250 euros la nuit c'est lamentable autant aller dans le motel du coin ! on pensait se faire plaisir ca restera le raté du voyage »
