« I’ve been to many hotels that cost thousands of dollars per night, and I consider this one as top 5 I ever been at.
Great service, phenomenal attention to details and great material in the rooms.
The only drew back is the food , which is mediocre at best, but since you are in London, there are more than enough options to dine out.

« We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. "Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 6 nuits! Hôtel bien placé dans le beau quartier de covent garden, sur une avenue à 2 minutes du métro Holborn, à 2 stations de la gare St Pancras! Le petit déjeuner était bon. La chambre que l'on avait choisie pour 2 faisait environ 10 m2 mais fonctionnelle. Le hall de l'hôtel est beau et l'accueil y est chaleureux ! Très bons moments passés dans cet hôtel ! Une petite dégustation de vins et de fromages était offerte!"

Un gros déjeuner avec du personnel adorable et à l’écoute. Une cuisine à dispo si on souhaite se faire réchauffer un plat sans aller au resto.
Ascenseur dans l’hôtel vous menant aux chambres et à la salle de déjeuner. Un accueil top, très gentil agréable et disponible. On se sent en sécurité. Un parking gratuit et hors zone taxable! en plein centre horaires flexibles chambre dispo à 14h et à 11h on a pu avoir la place de parking et la chambre notamment pour le véhicule ce qui permet de profiter un maximum. Les chambres sont correctes spacieuses et tout le nécessaire y est. Literie agréable, chambre calme et bien chauffée.
Nous y retournerons sans problème c’est une adresse à garder!!

the hygiene of the waiters at breakfast is deplorable, I noticed several things, one of the waiters dropped a fork, picked it up and didn't change it, just cleaned it with his fingers and put it back on the table, putting it down with his fingers where we were eating instead of taking it by the handle, on Sunday we took the same table as on Saturday and the tablecloths hadn't been changed, there were still traces of egg from the day before. what's also incomprehensible is that we have to pay extra for cappuccino.
