Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy corner unique cottage !
All you need to bring is swim suits, beach chairs and sand buckets ! (Dont forget the boat!) Just minutes to the beaches, and walking distance to downtown.
TV`s in every room, fully stocked kitchen complete with the blender and a Keurig for the morning after!
Open covered front and rear porch, complemented with a BBQ grill in the completely fenced in back yard.

This is a fully furnished, fully equipped, fully stocked coastal cottage, that has been completely remodeled. You walk up onto the fully covered porches, into wide open spacious rooms that have 10 foot ceilings, recessed lighting that is well lit and bright beachy colors, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths.

Dog friendly but please NO cats. Please pick up after your pet during your stay and prior to leaving. Pet waste bags are supplied and please discard in garbage receptacle outside.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the unit and this includes vaping; you may smoke outside.

Quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am.

Our stay had absolutely everything you could think of. Beautiful place for us and our pups. Walking distance to many resturaunts (pet friendly) and very short drive to the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely tell our friends about this place:)

We loved the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the back porch/patio. Walking distance to downtown Pt. St Joe was great. Beds were very comfortable and the little details like bottled water and snacks as well as treats for our dog was a very nice surprise. Highly recommend the cottage. We will definitely return again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was really nice, well stocked and comfortable. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our small group. The outside was nice, with a porch to hang out on, and a fenced yard for the dog. It is within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beach. We plan on coming back.

This house has everything we needed for our trip. Clean and pet friendly with treats for our pets along with anything we would need to cook. Richard is very happy to help with anything we needed including places to eat and go for anyone new to the area. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Coolest college ever. I recommend 100%; the cottage is close to everything the place has anything you need and the host is super cool! Me and my small family felt right at home , so sad to leave the place. It has a cool hangout spot in the back perfect for a good afternoon and a chat. The host is what made me and my little fam comfortable, he recommended great spots! We will definetly be back again!!!!!!

Cozy Cottage

We had a great time at the corner cottage. Its a great place to stay. Its close to town with all the shops and restaurants. Great walk for your fur babies. Abby just loved the daily walks and the large back yard. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We will be returning as soon as possible. The host are amazing by the way :-)

Weekend trip to St Joe

Girls pickleball weekend getaway

What a perfect cottage for a girls weekend getaway. So cutely decorated, with all the amenities, including snacks, waters and even dog treats if you want to bring your dog. Walking distance to the cute downtown or the pier on the Gulf. Wonderful restaurants near by and well as great boutiques. We didn’t get to see everything, so we definitely plan to make a trip back. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Great place to stay!

The Corner Cottage was a great place to stay! Very clean, fairly quiet, comfortable bed, and a *very* well stocked kitchen (including an air fryer!). It’s well located in Port St Joe, and a short and easy drive to Cape San Blas. Absolutely no complaints or criticism. I’d definitely stay there again.

Nice property huge deck with gas grill. The back yard is huge 2 big sturdy swinging gates. It's probably 50'x50'.

Perfect location and very clean!

This was the perfect little cottage for a romantic getaway or for your small family! Two nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms, and overall a very cozy feel. The hosts were very responsive to messages and even helped us with extending our stay for an extra night with no problems at all! The cottage was located very close to the downtown area with lots of little shops and several restaurants - easily walkable or a very short drive away. It is also really close to several beaches in the area so perfect for a little beach trip as well. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
